Our facility is conveniently located a 1 minute walk from JR Horobetsu Station.
Please make use of this facility for your trips and business trips to Noboribetsu, Toya, and other areas in the western Iburi region.

Application Procedure

１．You can apply by telephone or by emailing an application form.

Please call us at least 7 days prior to the desired date of dialysis. In case of an urgent schedule, please call us first.

Information to be confirmed by telephone

• Name and age
• Contact information (phone number) where you can be reached up until the day of dialysis
• Country where you live
• Preferred date, time, and duration of dialysis
• Place of stay

2. Confirmation of completed treatment reservation

If your request was made by telephone, we will confirm at that time.
If your request was made by email, we will reply by email after making arrangements.

3. Request for submission of information form

Please contact your medical institution and have them prepare the following information.
*Cancellations and date/time changes must be requested at least one day prior to the appointment date.

Please come to the reception counter and tell us your name.

3. Dialysis

• Lockers with locks and slippers will be provided by the hospital.
• We do not provide meals, so please prepare your own meals.

For a fee

Rental pajamas, bedside TV are available

4. Payment

• As a rule, cash is the preferred method of payment.Please consult with us in advance about the use of credit cards.
• Please let us know at the time of reception if you would like to receive the necessary documents for claiming a refund from your municipality.
